Calcifying epitheliomas are uncommon tumors involving the hair matrix. Calcifying epitheliomas can be multiple and rarely manifest atypical changes or malignant behavior.4 I describe three cases of calcifying epitheliomas in the chest wall, elbow, and arm of young adults.
